How do I place an order?



We now have an online store for all Christening/Baptism Orders.

For wedding Invitations and flowers a consultation is preferred with feather-bud to discuss what you would like. This can be done over the phone or face to face.

Can I change any of the design you have on your website?
Absolutely! All the designs you see on our website can be changed to suit any colour scheme.

Do you have samples I can see before I place an order with you?

I only stock a small amount of samples. Photos of all samples are available in the collection page.

How long will it take to make my items?

Baptism Candles - 2 Weeks

Baptism Packages (Orthodox & Catholic) - 2-3 Weeks

Wedding Flowers & Invitations - The length of time depends on how many items in your order.

Usually a bridal party of seven takes about 2 months to create.

Can I see photos of my order before I receive it?

 

Most definitely! - I always let my new brides know that I can sometimes over flood you with photos!

When can I expect delivery to be?

 

I work with all my clients on a delivery date, the best thing about a feather-bud creation is that you will receive your order before your occasion date!

How do I pay feather-bud?

 

Paypal and Direct Deposit are acceptable.

What are your payment plans?

 

Weddings - A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required when placing an order.

 

This will secure your booking. The balance and shipping costs (if required) are due 2 weeks prior to your delivery date.

What is the cost for shipping?

 

Shipping cost vary from order to order.

 

The shipping cost will depend on the size of the order, weight and the location of delivery.

 

For wedding flowers a quote of shipping fees will be given.
